Whether you would like an assessment of your running technique or a one-to-one session tailored to you and your specific goal, we can help.

One-to-One Coaching

If you have a specific goal in mind or area you would like to work on, we offer face to face sessions that are tailored to you and your development.

Depending on your goals, we can cover areas including:

  • Introducing you to running
  • Improving speed
  • Building endurance and stamina
  • Running technique

You may simply want motivation and encouragement for one of your training runs.
The main priority for the session is that you have fun and achieve your goal.

An hour long session costs £30, to discuss your requirements please get in touch.

Thank you Hannah for a wonderful few weeks of training sessions and run club meets, I’ve absolutely loved every one!
