This session is most suitable for those who have completed the couch to 5k app and beyond.

In the hour long sessions, we focus on good running technique and then put what we’ve learnt into practice with some efforts.

Each session is different and you work to your own level. The aim is always to have fun and not take ourselves too seriously!
