Train Together For A Faster 5km – Starts Monday 4th October – 7pm
This is an 8 week programme, suitable for anyone who can run 5km (at whatever pace!).
We will meet every Monday at 7pm, in the YDNP car park in Grassington for an hour session. Where you will work as group through 5km specific and progressive efforts sessions.
You will be set 2 further ‘homework runs’ to complete before we meet the following Monday.
This is perfect for anyone who wants to improve their 5km time, overall fitness and running technique.
At the end of the 8 week cycle we will celebrate your achievements by running Skipton Park Run and try and set a new personal best!
