Hi, I’m Hannah, a UK Athletics Running Coach and I love running!

I first found my passion for running after having my two children. Running helped me massively with managing my mental health and rebuilding my confidence. I fell in love with the way running made me feel, the quiet time, and the feeling of achievement.

I soon decided that I wanted to help and support others in discovering the many physical and mental benefits running brings.

I love being a coach as it allows me to share my passion for running with others and empower my clients to achieve their goals.  Whether you are just starting out, looking for some guidance about how to structure your training, or want help in smashing your personal bests, I am here to help you make it happen.
